3 days to go!!

Ahhhhh, only 3 days to go and still so much at home to sort out before I go.

The detox starts tomorrow morning. The advice on the MuayThai site suggests taking Wheat Grass juice and Acidophilus tablets in the 2 weeks prior to arriving. Apparently a lot of people come down with colds which affects their training..

So I've been taking the good bacteria for the last 10 days, but hadn't tried the wheat grass juice as I'm wheat intolerant. But as it's Sunday night and I've got a few days before I travel I figured this is the time to try. Wheat grass juice is made from baby wheat prior to it growing the grain, which is what is supposed to cause my symptoms.
When I have eaten wheat by mistake (i.e. when it's been hidden in food) I usually have the following symptoms:
Sharp stabbing pains in my stomach and lower down in my abdomen as time goes on
Bloating
General weakness/fatigue
Rumbling in my abdomen
Constipation/diarrahea

I took the wheat grass juice a couple of hours ago and am happy to report no stabbing pains, etc etc. Tomorrow I start my 4 day pre fast of eating purely fruit and veg..new week, start of a new life :o)
